The Four of Pentacles presents its stubborn, stuck energy to us this week, made a bit more light-hearted by the deck from which it's pulled. This gummy bear has a good foundation of resources to ground him, but this stability does not convince this bear that there is enough to spread around. Instead, he holds tightly to what he has, most likely out of fear. This is not the atmosphere in which big splurges are encouraged, and sticking to the budget may be the best course of action at this time. This card does remind us, however, that the Universe is made from a flow of energies: energies in, and energies out. When we hold on too tightly, we end up blocking the flow of energy, and we have to work twice as hard to get ahead. The number four indicates steady, strong, reliable resources, asking us to trust in the process and "go with the flow," even if it means loosening our control just a bit. We can use our resources -- after all, that's what they're for! -- knowing that they will be replenished because we're allowing the flow of the Universe to act in its natural way. Being a miser is not the solution. It brings too much negativity and the consciousness of lack to the table. Know that you have enough, and this will continue as long as you believe in yourself and in the inherent Natural Law of Abundance that is at work in our world.
